At the heart of the house is the spectacular 28ft round sitting room. Flexible seating areas offer space for everyone and there are patio doors leading onto the terrace and the outdoor picnic table. West facing, this is the perfect spot to enjoy amazing sunsets, or use the binoculars provided to spot some of the birds of prey or other wildlife around.

Kitchen
For the cooks in the family there is a well-equipped kitchen featuring a large range cooker with double oven. A dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine complete the equipment available. We also provide tea towels, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, salt, pepper and a small starter pack of tea bags, coffee pods, sugar, hot chocolate and biscuits.
A separate utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes rail, and an iron and ironing board. There is also a highchair which is kept in here.
On the ground floor there is also a single bedroom with access to a ground floor W.C.
